Generally speaking, if a vehicle has a spoiler it is considered a no fit for Thule trunk mount bike racks. I checked with Yakima and they also state that none of their trunk mount racks will fit. There must be some model of the RX 350 that does not have a spoiler or has a different type of spoiler which is why they list it as a fit.

None of the Thule roof mounted cargo boxes are compatible with a bar spread of 21 inches. 23-5/8 inches is the narrowest bar spread that the Thule boxes can use. It is very difficult and dangerous to try to trim the fascia on your 2022 Lexus RX 350 using a razor blade when you install the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75540.
